124Marketingsystem.com is a marketing service that allows those individuals who register to become members to receive the 124MarketingSystem Services (the "Members") and to promote their One24 business via proprietary sales pages. If you wish to make use of the 124MarketingSystem Services, you must read these Terms and communicate your acceptance of these Terms (which also includes any other terms and conditions associated with your use of the 124MarketingSystem Services for which you have subscribed during or any time following the Member registration process).

Your subscription will be effective upon verification from your credit card that payment has been made. Access to your account and full access to the site will be available immediately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As a general rule, you may cancel your monthly subscription membership at any time or for any reason. A cancellation link is provided on your profile home page after signing-in to your account.

Automatic Renewals:

You have the right to terminate your membership agreement at the end of any membership period for any reason. If you do not terminate your membership, your membership will automatically renew based on the following terms.
-Regular memberships. If you have selected a regular membership your membership will automatically renew for the same membership period you have selected (i.e. one-month).
-All renewal memberships will be subject to the membership agreement as may be amended from time to time.
-By providing us your charge card information and authorization to charge your account for a membership period (if any), you expressly authorize us to process a charge to your charge account for the fees applicable to the renewal period.

Chargebacks:

Because of our liberal cancellation/refund policy, we will vigorously contest any chargeback complaint you make to your bank to reverse the charges made to your credit card for our services. As a provider of online services, we make available valuable training and marketing services from the moment you log-in to your account, and our "products" (training materials especially) are consumed immediately upon signup. By signing up for our service, you agree that you will go through the process explained above for cancellation of your account, and that you WILL NOT request a chargeback from your bank to reverse charges. We consider a chargeback a theft of our products and service, and we will prosecute thefts to the fullest extent of the law.

Jurisdiction

This Website originates in USA. Any claim or dispute arising from, or in relation to the Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, and the federal laws of the United States Of America applicable therein, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual province or country of residence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States Of America and the Federal Courts located within the USA.

Trade-marks

Assignment

You do not have the right to assign these Terms or any of your rights to the Services to anyone. 124Marketingsystem.com has the right to assign any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms or to the Services to any third party.
